Sweet wine intended for preparing mulled wine. Made from freshly pressed berries through natural fermentation.
Recipe: Pour the wine into a small pot. While heating, add a cinnamon stick, sugar to taste, and 4–5 cloves (or a ready-made mulled wine spice mix). Don’t forget to stir with a wooden spatula.
You should not bring the wine to a boil; the optimal temperature is 70–85 degrees. Serve the hot wine in tall glasses, garnished with an orange slice.
